A controversy, which surrounds the issue plea bargaining, occurs when the accused is literally innocent of the criminal charges, but he/she still pleads guilty due to an array of factors. Address at least three factors, which may influence an innocent person to accept a plea bargain. Additionally, please be sure to address the following:
a) Research and briefly summarize a case, where someone accepted a plea deal despite his/her innocence.
b) Would you ever accept a plea deal if you were 100% innocent?
