When I think of leadership I envision someone with high energy, self-confidence and integrity. High energy is required to provide the means to achieve goals. Self-confidence is important because leaders must project confidence to assure their judgments, decision making, and ideas are supported by their subordinates. Increasing we live in environment where leaders of organizations integrity is questioned. When the integrity of a leader is question confidence is lost in their decision making, and judgment.
