Now that you have developed your training and materials, it's time to deliver your training! To assist in keeping your training a realistic simulation of professional training remembers to complete the following:
1 Select the best time and location for your training. Preferably some place quiet and with little distractions. Ask for permission to use the space during this time. Training rooms, class rooms, meeting rooms, and even in someone's office may be suitable for this exercise.
2 Invite at least 3 participants. Personal invitations, emails, or letters work well.
3 Make copies of the participants guide and other handouts.
4 Conduct the training. Length of the training. 45 minutes to an hour.
5 You must Be sure to hand out your learner's evaluation and feedback forms after your training session. Encourage participants to fill out feedback forms honestly and collect them when complete.
