Discussion: Adaptive Leadership
If you were part of an organization where a new emergency manager was hired, and he or she immediately began to make changes to policies, organizational structure, and agendas, what suggestions would you have for the new hire? What are some of the suggestions that you would incorporate if the board that hired the new emergency manager asked you about the adaptive leadership processes occurring?
