The basis for this assignment is for you to interact with a member of the hospitality industry, asking them probing questions to help you gather information on a possible career path that you find interesting. Write a narrative that explains the answers to these questions. DO NOT simply list the questions and the subject's answers.
You are encouraged to interview someone with whom you did not previously know. For example, if you think a career as a cruise director would be fun, interview a cruise director. Don't simply interview your manager at Pizza Hut just because it's convenient and easy.
