Drawing on relevant theories and concepts from the second half of the course, and examples from Inside Job, discuss (a) what moral obligations governments have to citizens and communities and (b) to what extent it is government's role to establish and enforce moral limits respecting how people and businesses within societies ought to treat each other. Critically discuss the extent to which the governments portrayed in Insdie Jobs met these expectations.
