b. Write an essay (minimum of 500-words and accompanying cover and reference page) in which you respond to the following questions:
• We live in a highly litigious society. Based on this week's reading:
o Are we as a society overly litigious with respect to hazardous materials incidents and mishaps?
• What is your position on the level of legal responsibility associated with hazardous materials management?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
