1. The Supreme Court recently ruled that lethal injection did not violate the constitutional protections against cruel and inhuman punishment. What is your opinion on the death penalty? Do you support this penalty? Why or Why not? Conduct research to find out whether your state has the death penalty now or how it may have been used previously. Discuss your findings.
