• 1.Borrow your friend's car and scratch the car against the wall. What's your duty that you must be responsible for?
• 2 If you rented from car rental agency, what would be your duty and where would you find it.
• 3. if it wasn't your fault, and the car beside you hit you what would be the standard of care in that situation.
• There are three situations, please identify in each situation, who is bailor, who is bailee, and what's duty and responsbile for each may have.
