Research on specific issue and target audience
Research must be conducted using Broward College Online Library and other reliable sources of information. For example, if identifying a health issue, research data found in the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Diseases Control (CDC), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the like.

Team is to upload one single paper answering the following:
1. What is the specific social issue? Describe in detail and provide data to support the existence of the issue.
2. Whom does this issue affect? How many people? Provide demographic data to support answer.
3. Why is target audience or community in need? Describe target audience's social circumstances, historical and cultural background, geography, economic, political, and other information that accurately describes it. Support with reliable sources.
