Nursing Problem
What Performance Improvement (PI) projects are currently in place in nursing homes to improve patient satisfaction and/or quality care? Why is this important? What is the role of the nursing leaders? Are bedside nurses involved in these initiatives and what role do they play as a part of this project? And, is shared governance a part of these projects?
