b. Describe their location - what criteria did they use in selecting this location
c. What are the production/operations management tasks

Section 6. Consumer-Driven Marketing:

a. Identify the product or service's ‘utility'
b. Identify, fully, the target market
c. If business is international in scope, do they use a standardized or an adaptive approach to the market - explain fully
d. Fully explain their approach to market segmentation

Section 7. Managing Information through Use of Technology:

a. What is the role of information in this business
b. Outline how, and what types, of hardware and software they might utilize
c. Would there be any specific security or ethical issues for this business and their use of technology

Section 8. Accounting and Financial Issues:

a. What type of accountant would work on the financial statements and why
b. What financial statements would be critical and why
c. Explain how the subject company would approach creating their budgets

Section 9. Financial Management:

a. Does (or would) this company have a CFO - why or why not
b. What kinds of issues does this company need to address in its financial plan
c. Discuss what kind of short term assets this business probably manages
d. If this business required short-term or long-tern funding, what would their options be
e. Briefly discuss the types of risks this business faces

Section 10. Summary:
Create this summary after all of the work has been completed and formulated into the document, which will be submitted for evaluation
