· Where does it think? (e.g., design its products, develop its marketing plans, etc.)
· Where does it get its money?
An interesting quick analysis is to look at the company's board of directors. Are they all from one country, almost all from one country, or a real international mix.
What is the international nature of the current business on these dimensions? Are there material threats or opportunities that are strategic in nature? Do these suggest any action items for the business's near-term strategic management?
