(i) The US Census designated 12 metropolitan statistical areas in the State of Alabama are: Anniston-Oxford; Auburn-Opelika; Birmingham-Hoover; Daphne-Fairhope; Decatur; Dothan; Florence-Muscle Shoals; Gadsden; Huntsville; Mobile; Montgomery and Tuscaloosa.

(ii) List the MSAs and present the population numbers with the population change for the periods in the question in a table format
