Regardless of the system within companies, it is critical to establish good team work. In my experience, coworkers often rival one another in output on a daily basis that creates healthy competition. In the end, there must be a unified effort toward the common vision of the company. Why is teamwork so important? What is necessary to establish a foundation of trust to foster this teamwork?
