1. What is Leadership?
Leadership is characteristic which not many people are capable of. It is a behavior where the person takes the lead of a particular group and guide them. In other words, this person puts him/herself in position to be in charge in order to reach specified goals to the group. Leadership is being able to be confident in decision-making and controlling. It is very important in the business world because there is a lot of group working and there has to be a leader who can take care of problem solving and group participation.
To be able to become a successful leader you have some traits. First one is having a long-term vision, which is basically having ambition to certain goals. Second one is being able to have influence on others. In other words, the leader should inspire or be able to change thoughts and make the others believe in him. It can be also by having confidence in giving commands to the group individuals. Above all, the leader should be clever and have a wisdom. This means that he/she should usually be able to think outside of the box and create new ideas or solutions. The leader should also expect or think about the outcomes whatever they will be benefits or consequences.
