1. Many US states adhere to "Jessica's Law" which does not allow convicted sex offenders to live within a certain distance (usually 2000 feet) of parks and schools.
a. What do you think this does to the concentration of convicted sex offenders in cities, given that most neighborhoods in a city have a school and many parks?
b. What do you think is happening to the number of parks within cities with Jessica's Law, and what do you think is the average size of these parks? (i.e. are they big or small?)
