What constitutes stalking in Germany?
What are the specifics for one to be able to charge this against another, especially if it may be their spouse for whom they are separated from?
If the accusations, are lies and exaggerations of the truth told to the authorities, of which much evidence (witnesses, signed witness statements & facts) can support that the accusations are lies/exaggerations/slander - is the accuser liable for such and a penalty can be imposed upon this accuser/spouse for lies/exaggeration/slander?
