In your (complete) essay, please answer the following questions:
• What are your major sources and types of stress
• What is the difference between emotion-focused and problem-focused coping?
• Describe a situation where you have used emotion-focused coping. What are/were the advantages and disadvantages to using emotion-focused coping in that particular situation.
• Describe a situation where you have used problem-focused coping. What are/were the advantages and disadvantages to using problem-focused coping in that particular situation.
Be sure to integrate elements from the video as well as textbook concepts - and elaborate on your responses.
Question 2
Locate a recent article in the popular media that illustrates a concept in Social Psychology. Discuss which Social Psychology concept is being discussed, then locate at least one piece of scientific research on the topic.
Be sure to write a summary which compares and contrasts what the popular article seems to be saying versus what the research says about the same subject.
Any textbook terms used in your essay should have bold font.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
