What are the social and environmental sustainability issues (direct and indirect) facing the BHP?
Sustainability issues: You need to research direct and indirect social and environmental issues of the organisation you choose. Do not just draw on material published by the organisation (website, reports etc). Don't just accept what the organisation may say its issues are. You need to do independent research to identify the issues. Start your research at the industry level and then at the organisation level. References should be from:
- Academic/peer-reviewed literature
- Industry and organisation literature, such as reports and websites (‘grey' literature)
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
