Assignment: STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT Report
Analytical Review (Strategic Analysis) for Saudi Vision 2030.

Each Analytical Review presents a situation from Saudi Vision 2030 (based on ONE Program you choose out of the list below ONLY). The assignment requires you to read and analyze Saudi Vinson 2030 and use what you have learned about strategic management (SM) over the course of the semester to write an analytical review and make justified recommendations to one of the main programs of the vision. It is your opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of SM concepts and your ability to apply the principles and theories to a real situation in Saudi Arabia. You must work with the information that is provided in the (Official Document) of Saudi Vision2030. Any supplemental information you use, e.g., from the web, must be for the program in which the review was written about and not from other irrelative programs.

The information sources you will need for this assignment are (books, journals, your textbook and Official Document) of Saudi Vision2030. (Vision2030 website, in some cases, will provide information about your analytical review of the program/strategies in which the paper is going to be written and will therefore be useful in your analysis.)

• What are the chosen main strategic objectives of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 (What are the objectives your analytical review will examine)?
• Which Program (of Saudi Vision 2030) your review will cover?
• What is the Program's vision and mission?
3. Strategic Goals: What are the program's strategic goals? These should be listed and numbered in order of importance. (1/2 page)
4. Strategies: How will you develop action plans to achieve the chosen strategic objectives (What are the strategies have been used to achieve some of Vision 2030 goals?) Do they work? Why or why not? What are/is the specific strategy/ies have been formulated or implemented? (1-2 pages)
5. How will the selected Program be implemented?
6. What are the different projects planned or created under the selected program?

Use the information you stated in your Internal and External Assessments to create a SWOT Chart that depicts the program's Opportunities, Threats, Strengths and Weaknesses.
Financial Analysis (1 page)
Carefully analyze whatever financial information is offered using the appropriate ratios. Summarize what you discover with a narrative that tells what the numbers say about the financial health of the vision2030.
Data Analysis (3-4 pages)
You now have a lot of information about Vision2030.
1. What is your overall analysis of your program competitive position?
2. How can it use its opportunities and strengths to overcome its threats and weaknesses?
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR ANALYITICAL REVIEW. IT REQUIRES THAT YOU THINK CRITICALLY ABOUT THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE GATHERED AND PROVIDE AN INTELLIGENT AND DATA-SUPPORTED INTERPRETATION.
Recommendations (1-3 pages)
Using the information in your Data Analysis, what are the specific competitive strategies do you recommend it to reach the strategic objectives. How much will these strategies cost? (estimate) Compare your recommendations with what the program is actually doing in the vision and explain why your strategies are better (or why you think what it is already doing is smart).
Report & Handout
1) report has to include the following:
a) Official cover page. (write all name and surnames, student ID number).
b) Abstract
c) Reference List (Referencing style (APA Style).
2) All reports to be presented in a typed format on plain A4 paper. Line spacing: 1.5 inches, Margins: 1 inch on all sides, Font: Times New Roman, Font size: 12 for text and 14 for headings.
3) Discussion of the main points that the chosen program (Vision 2030), your arguments should be based on what you have learnt from the course, using citations and academic references as needed - Minimum of 5 Academic References.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
3. Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
