Discussion: Unfair Experience
Think about your experiences with the healthcare system. Discuss an ethical or legal situation involving healthcare from your personal or professional life (or that happened to someone you know).
Or, think about a story you heard or read about in the news recently involving health care. Then, address the following:
• What about that situation stands out to you? Was that person treated fairly? Why or why not?
• What was the outcome?
• What, if anything, could have been done differently to improve the situation and/or the outcome?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
