What is socially responsible effort? Social responsibility comes from the belief which people, governments and organizations have a responsibility to the greater welfare of society. What each person finds out to be socially responsible, though, is subject to personal ideals and beliefs. Examples of socially responsible efforts comprise, however are not limited to:
a) Recycling and using CFL light bulbs (individual or organizational).
b) Donating time to volunteer organizations.
c) Monetary donations.
d) Developing green buildings.
