Trying to understand how to describe a role of the nonverbal communications and how it plays into the corporate world. I need three or more examples/situations regarding communication in the workplace while describing the following and keeping the following in mind within the specific examples by:

Explaining the type of communications exchange observed (a conversation, a presentation, a meeting, etc.), and describe the relationship between the participants (boss/subordinate, peers, speaker/audience, etc.).

Discuss the types of nonverbal communications were observed and whether they complemented or contradicted the oral conversation. For instances where contradictions occur, how might a manager have provided effective feedback to prevent the situation from reoccurring?

Describing how one would feel on the nonverbal communications contributed to the success or failure of the situation/examples.

Discussing how the use of words with different denotative and connotative meanings could have been more beneficial in the situations observed.

and by describing at least one effective listening technique observed or used and describe how that technique might be beneficial from a managerial perspective in the situations observed.
