Internal Analysis – In-depth internal (1 page) Each team member will analyze, from the perspective of his/her role (which is Financials), the internal environment. Each role should also acknowledge how their perspective is integrated with factors from other aspects of Costco as well.
Financial Role: This role analyzes situations from a perspective of how the situations will affect the organization financially, and what the organization’s financial capabilities are to provide potential solutions.
