This deliverable will give you the chance to examine various management roles and compare how functional managers lead teams.
Instructions
Project management requires that you understand and can navigate the hierarchy of a project team. Using the Organizational Chart Template, complete the following:
1. Download and read the Organizational Chart Template and the Company Details documents.
2. Identify and place the various project organizational roles and team members in the organizational chart.
3. Clearly state the project role title in the Microsoft SmartArt text box and the project team members first and last name below the project role title.
a. Describe the roles and responsibilities of organization and project team, including project and functional managers
4. List the project organizational roles in hierarchal order.
5. Document is presented in a correctly formatted manner appropriate to the workplace.
