The word "reasonable" surfaces repeatedly in respect to the constitutional expectations we have for police officers. What does it mean?
Does the definition of it change with the circumstance?
Do police officers need a particular crime in mind when trying to determine reasonable suspicion? If so, why?
If not, why not? Do the exceptions to the Fourth Amendment limit the government's authority? If so how?
