Use the communications plan template provided hereand the "Running Case" on page 436 of the textbook to complete the following task for the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project.
Prepare a communicationsplan to address the many challenges described in the "Running Case" by using the following as a guideline.
A communications plan is written to define the communication requirements needed to successfully execute a project and describe how information will be distributed. Your communications management plan should consist of the following elements:
• what information needs to be communicated-include the level of detail and format;
• how information will be communicated (e.g., meetings, email, telephone, web portal);
• when information will be distributed-how often and whether communications will be formal or informal;
• who is responsible for communicating project information;
• communication requirements for all project stakeholders/team members;
• what project resources are allocated for communications;
• how changes in the communication process are managed;
• identification of constraints, internal or external, which affect project communications; • identification of templates, formats, or documents the project must use; and
• the escalation process for resolving any communication-based conflicts or issues.

Unit V Project
Use the risk register template provided here, the probability/impact matrix template provided here, and the "Running Case" on page 475 of the textbook to complete the following task for the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project.
Part 1: Prepare a risk register using Table 11-5 and the data located on page 456 of the textbook. In addition to listing the three risks shown in the "Running Case", list five additional risks for the risk register; a total of eight risks should be listed. Make certain to include negative and positive risks.
Part 2: Plot the risks identified in Part 1 of this assignment on the probability/impact matrix. Use a 10-point scale to rank the probability and impact of each risk on meeting project objectives. One (1) represents the lowest risk value, and ten (10) represents the highest risk value.
Use a risk calculation of probability times impact to determine the risk value (e.g., if the probability of a risk occurring is 2, and risk impact is 5, then the risk value would equal 10). Modify your risk register created in Part 1 to include a risk value column between the impact and statuscolumns, and enter the risk value on your register.

To meet the requirements for the final project, utilize the PMP template provided here, and complete the following:
1. Review and update the projects completed in Units II-VII, and then integrate your work from previous units into the PMP template.
2. To ensure consistency and completeness, make certain to review and update the elements which will be transferred from the work you completed in ITC 4760, Information Technology Evaluation and Implementation I.
