Application: Final Project - Practical Application
An important part of research in human services is the practical application component. Research has contributed significantly to human services practice, program development, program evaluation, advocacy, and/or policy development. As a scholar-practitioner, you have the opportunity to contribute to this knowledge base and shape the future of the field. Because human services professionals typically work firsthand with their clients, they should be able to take human services research and apply it to practical use.
Very Important: To prepare for this Application, think about how human services professionals might use your research in practice, program development, program evaluation, advocacy, and/or policy development.
Create a 2 to 3 pages:
* Compose the Practical Application section of your Final Project on "The role of training in improving the quality of services by social workers".
* Include how the research might be used in human services practice, program development, program evaluation, advocacy, and/or policy development.
You must Be specific, and provide examples to illustrate your explanation.
