Now that you are going overseas you want to understand what the Chinese workers look for in a leader and what it will take to be a successful leader in China.
Therefore, I would like you to Compare and Contrast the expectations that Chinese workers have for their mangers with the expectations that American workers have for their bosses. Then report on how you would have to modify your leadership practices to fit Chinese worker expectations.
