With regard to Catholic Canon Law, more specifically matrimonial jurisprudence, is it permissible for a wedding to be held outside of a Catholic Church when both parties are Catholic without the permission of the local ordinary?Would this be a matter of liceity and or validity of the sacrament and would the priest presiding at the ceremony need to get delegation from the Pastor of the Parish of the place at which the wedding takes place for validity sake in terms of Canon Law?
