BUSINESS OVERVIEW: Massage Centre

Vision: My vision is to transform my clients' well-being by offering the best spa and therapy services at an affordable price

Business idea:

This idea came about as I was conducting a research on a wholesome person. The research revealed that, long working hours deteriorates on one's skin complexion and general well-being. The research further offered several ideas on how to deal with these effects and massage was among them. With this knowledge, I decided to open up a massage centers where my clients can receive the different massage services at an affordable fee (Calvert, 2012). Massage is aimed at relaxing one's body muscles; it's also a natural way of promoting the general body well-being and blood circulation. This is a concept that many clients look for, thus I concerted the knowledge from my research, into a business.

Market analysis: well-being of the working class is a segment in the market that has not been given much attention. The working class is the most affected as the demanding income sources leave them no time to get an ample rest (Stauffer, 2010). As a result, many people from this group suffer from health complications due to overworking and lack of rest. Provision of a solution to this groupat an affordable price, will greatly help reduce the side effects of exhaustion and overworking. Massaging further helps reduce stress levels and its natural, no chemicals involved.

My customers: my business targets the working class as this is a group in the society that needs a solution to the effects of overworking with no rest.
