3. Discuses and present examples on how they are implementing Managing Performance.
4. Use literature review to conduct your research, along with either a survey method of checklist method of conducting an interview.
5. Make a recommendation of an enhancement in case of poor existing Managing Performance (MP).
6. Conclusion, highlight positive points earn by company after existing MP system Implementation, In addition highlight poor points of implementation of existing MP against the Company/ line manager and subordinate.
