Response to the following problem:
Create a program to perform the analysis and downsampling operations and another to perform the upsampling and synthesis operations for an image compression application. The programs should read the filter parameters from a file. The synthesis program should read the output of the analysis program and write out the reconstructed images. The analysis program should also write out the sub images scaled so that they can be displayed. Test your program using the Johnston eight-tap filter and the Sena image.
