Simple harmonic motion about the center of the sphere

A small electrically charged particle of mass m=4.0 kg experiences a force of 2.0 N if placed just outside a uniformly charged sphere (charge per unit volume is constant) of radius of r=2m. The particle is allowed to fall into a small hole into the sphere drilled along a diameter, and is observed to undergo simple harmonic motion about the center of the sphere. Find the frequency of the resulting simple harmonic motion.
