b) The reason for adoption of the work life programs.
c) How well such programs are being utilized in each of such firms.
d) Did you notice Gap between the design of work life programs and implementation and utilization.
e) Are the employees satisfied with organizational support for their personal requirements? Make a report for class presentation.
