Series of six wing eating contests

Valerie Bertinelli and Subway Jared compete in a series of six wing eating contests. The voracious Valerie consumes an average of 64 wings per contest with a standard deviation of 4.2, while the ravenous Jared wolfs down an average of 92 wings with a standard deviation of 7.7. Clearly, Jared can eat more wings but Valerie claims she's more consistent since her standard deviation is lower. Assuming there is really no difference between Valerie and Jared with respect to consistency, if this experiment were repeated many times, in what percent of the experiments would you expect to observe an F statistic equal to or more extreme than the value calculated from these data?
