Select a topic from the third part of the course--employee attitudes, satisfaction, benefits, diverse workforce, employee health and safety, work-life balance--that you think is important. Find a resource related to it. Examine the topic from either the employer or employee perspective. You might find articles what present good practices or that relate bad practices or that project a need for change based on the changing demographics in the workplace or even changing social policy.
Write at least three (or more) statements, enough for the reader to gain some insight into the topic.
