2. Review the job description of that position
3. Perform a job analysis
• Evaluate the job description
• Evaluate at least two methods for collective job requirements
• How effective they could be to provide the information to update the job description and job specifications
4. Develop an updated job description and job specification based on your research.
Parameters
• Include an introduction, a conclusion, and a reference page. Don't include an abstract.
• Submit the document to the digital drop box
• Length should be one to three pages
• Use Times New Roman or Arial font, size 12
• Use APA style for the paper format, references included in the content and the reference list. All sources included in the reference list should be used in the content of the paper.
