Discussion Post: Employee Motivation
Write a 3 to 4 pages paper (excluding title and reference pages) in which you address the following:
1) Debate the pros and cons of monetary incentive plans from an employee motivation perspectiv Include evidence that explains each advantage and disadvantage clearly.
2) Research and summarize two companies that have implemented successful motivation plans that did not involve monetary reward/compensation.
3) Discuss why these practices were successful based on the needs-based motivational theory.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
