1) For each RM tool, describe its major characteristics (or capabilities).
2) Based on your readings (that should extend beyond simply a developers exposition of his/her tool) define the ideal set of characteristics (or capabilities) that should be embodied in a RM tool – justify where necessary.
3) Using the ideal set that you have evolved, rate your 3 RM tools from most effective to least effective. Justify your rankings.
