Select your topic/model and begin to prepare the Final Proposal. There is a lot of latitude in what you can select, it does not need to be a system, as is the individual assignment. It can be a program, federal or state policy, current issue, test model system, etc. Just as with the individual assignment, the team assignment builds upon each week as a portion of your final paper.
