This paper explains individual reflective paper on the group project.
(1) Reflect on my experience of working collaboratively on the development of the group project demonstrating a theoretical understanding of tem development and group process.
My exploration should include discussion on the team roles adopted by me and others with in my group, and should focus on my own experience to demonstrate new insights and learning achieved during the collaborative process and how these might be applied to my future practice.
Rubric-The extent to which theoretical understanding of group and team roles and processes is demonstrated -Explained and critiqued a range of relevant theories. Incorporated these theories in a sophisticated manner throughout my paper to underpin my refection on and discussion of the experience to display deep understanding
(2) The ability to reflect on my own role within the group, personal strengths and weakness and impact on the group and its outcomes. -In my reflection I have considered and explored the complexity of my own role within the group examining my strengths and weakness in an insightful manner. Analysed the impact me had on the group process and assessed my contribution to the outcomes of the project perceptively.
(3) The extent to which learning outcomes from the group process are explained. In my discussion considered personal learning outcomes from the group process to highlight new insights and personal development.
(4) Communicates in academic writing substantiating work with scholarly literature and using Harvard style.-Consistently underpinned my discussion with appropriate and extensive literature from scholarly sources beyond the unit resources. My expeience -This paper will explain my experience of working collaboratively on the development of group project seminar.
