Case Study
Real estate boom seen in the past few years has suddenly come crashing and yet prices of mid size flats for the middle class has gone up considerably. This is the confusing situation that while demand for houses is low yet the prices are high. One of the real estate companies is interested understanding what factors will help it to grow in the market. Company has been following high level of ethical practices like providing legal land rights, using material of the correct quality, and timely possession of the premises to its customers. Though, the price offered by company is only slightly higher than those of their competitors. They also feel that this type of business is more in the nature of word of mouth and thus have not resorted to advertising in any great level though low of advertising is being adopted.
