Assignment: Business Structures
Research and provide real world examples of sports related business entities (professional sports club, college athletic department, youth travel club, major sports event, sport governing body, summer camp, health and fitness club, sport equipment or apparel company) structured as a nonprofit, C-corporation, LLC/LLP, and partnership (general or limited). For each example, describe the advantages and drawbacks of the given structure. Be sure to include relevant evidence establishing the accuracy of each example.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
