Autism spectrum disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder which impairs the ability of a person to communicate, interact socially with other people, as well as respond to some stimuli within their surroundings (Alotaibi, 2015). Autism spectrum disorder has been a major issue in Saudi Arabia, and this has greatly affected the process of communication among learners (Al-Mousa, 2010). Parent-teacher relationships are dynamic interpersonal communication processes, in which both parties do what they consider to be the best for the children involved in the educational partnership.
