As a little kid, I loved the time when my mom, my brother and I were sitting and eating together. It was not about the food of that day we ate; it was also about the time that we spent together, we fight together. It makes me heart-each because now I live far away from my mom and my brother. It seems like Nancy Gibbs, the author of "The Magic of the Family Meal," had some good perspectives about a family meal, and she also suggested that family should do it often. And I strongly agree with her idea because eating as a family will assist children to enhance their social skills, their health, and knowledge of their culture.
