4. Draw Function structure for the product based on generic box method. Identify the flow and group the function structure.
5. Develop Morphological analysis of chosen product. Also identify the conflicts in design based on Theory of Inventive Problem Solving approach (TIPS).
6. Generate at least 4-5 best concepts for product modification. Draw the rough sketches for all the concepts.
7. Evaluate the concept based on Pugh concept selection and comment on it.
8. Decide the material for each component, manufacturing process and Bill of Materials (BOM)
