Search online sources for Hershey's major competitors - Mars and Nestle.  

Identify critical success factors for the chocolate industry and create a CPM similar to the ones shown in Table 12 and Table 13 in Chapter 2. You should have a minimum of six critical success factors listed.

Identify the overall score for Hershey, Mars, and Nestle and explain their meanings. Who is the strongest and who is the weakest? What areas does Hershey have advantages?
