PowerPoint gives users the ability to emphasize the points on a list with either numbers or bullets. Is it best to use bullets or numbers when presenting a list on a PowerPoint slide. Give a specific example where each would be more appropriate and justify your answers.
There are many ways to begin to develop a presentation: Select a document theme and then enter text, illustrations, and tables; Open an existing presentation and modify the slides and theme; Import an outline created in Microsoft Word; or Start with a blank presentation that uses a default Office Theme. Why would you select one way over another? Give a specific example of why and when each of these ways might be most appropriate. Which way do you prefer? Why?
